Because we ship internationally, delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Order Processing Time
Processing time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
This time is used for:
- Quality inspection
- Secure packaging
- Printing shipping labels
- Forwarding to our shipping carrier

Important Note
Shipping times are estimates based on normal conditions.
Delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

❌ Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
As a general rule:
If you do not contact us within 5 hours of placing your order, cancellation may not be possible.
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible:
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are:
- Refused by the customer
- Unclaimed from the local post office
- Returned due to incorrect name or address provided at checkout
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a 30–50% restocking and shipping fee.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to:
