Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are:
- Refused by the customer
- Unclaimed from the local post office
- Returned due to incorrect name or address provided at checkout
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a 30β50% restocking and shipping fee.
