RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We aim to promote more balanced return practices while still providing you with the best service. 

We understand that sometimes what arrives isn’t quite what you expected, and you need to return it—that’s completely fine. Unfortunately, there is a small number of customers who frequently place orders and return almost everything. We can’t ignore the environmental impact of this, and we want to do our part in reducing it. Please, read and follow our refund and return policy carefully to reduce the miles our products travel. Shop smarter. Return less.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate items
  • Swimwear without hygiene liner
  • Bodysuits
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • In case goods failed to come in order of size, color or style we will not be able to make the return. Please look to size chart specified on the website while placing an order.

 

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us first:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • A photo or a video if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping (Important)

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

We may deduct a partial refund if items show signs of use or missing packaging.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of purchase.. We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at Fashonex01@gmail.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.


9. Delays & Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds due to reasons outside our control.
